The Search function is one of the most frequently used features in info.link. It gives you quick access to everything created in your account – whether it’s a Product, Media, Template, or Module. Instead of browsing manually, you can type a keyword, apply filters, and immediately find what you need.
Click the black Search button at the top of the page.
A dialog window opens, showing all items available in your account.
The search field is automatically in focus, so you can start typing straight away.
The search covers all item types in info.link:
Products (Pages linked to an EAN number)
Media (Pages not tied to an EAN number)
Templates (reusable layouts applied across many Pages)
Modules (individual content blocks like Links, Text, etc.)
You can narrow your results using the filter bar next to the search field. Filters allow you to view only:
Products
Media
Templates
Modules
This makes it easy to focus on the type of item you are currently working with.
Search results are displayed in a table designed to give you a quick overview of key information. For each item, you can see:
Type and Kind – for example, Product Page or Digital Link Matcher Module.
Internal name – how the item is labeled internally.
Title / Button label – how it appears on the consumer-facing digital label.
Updated by – which team member last changed the item.
Updated at – when the item was last changed.
Status – whether the item is currently online or offline, and if it is assigned to a Template or Page.
By default, results are sorted by recency, so the items you’ve worked on most recently appear at the top.
Clicking any item in the results list will take you directly to that item. This makes search not only a discovery tool but also the fastest way to jump into editing.
The icons on the far right of the results table provide quick status checks:
Online / offline – whether the item is visible to consumers.
Assigned / unassigned – whether a Template or Module is already connected to a Page.
This lets you confirm the state of your work at a glance without opening each item individually.
